Brewster Troupe Performs Reading Of 'Miracle On 34th St.' In Kent

KENT, N.Y. -- The Armchair Actors wing of Brewster Theater Company will visit the Kent Public Library and present a reading of the Christmas classic "Miracle On 34th Street" on Monday, Dec. 14 from 7-8 p.m.

The performance is a faithful radio adaptation of the classic 1947 film. Lux Radio Theater presented “Miracle on 34th” three times—in 1947, 1948 and 1954. These broadcasts featured Maureen O'Hara, John Payne, and Edmund Gwenn.
